We are excited to announce Becca McKeil as our Employee of the Month! As a full-time coordinator, Becca is the mastermind behind all of the tack, horse, and volunteer changes that go on throughout the day at the farm. She is often the first face people see when they arrive, and her warm, friendly attitude puts everyone in a great mood from the start. Most of all, we love Becca for her incredibly thoughtful personality! This Christmas and Valentine’s Day, she went out of her way to make cards for every rider during her shift. The smiles she brings to the farm are immeasurable!

What is your fondest memory of Ironstone Farm?
There are way too many to pick! Between summer camp memories, touch therapy this fall, watching a little girl’s tears turn into a giant smile when she sat on the horse, or just riding and having fun with our horses to name a few.
What is an important lesson you have learned during your time at Ironstone?
Being present in the moment is so worth it and important.
