Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Month, Tiffany Antonellis! For the past 8 years, Tiffany has been lighting up the farm with her cheerful demeanor. Her expert horse-handling skills show a perfect balance of firmness and care, and her love for our four-legged therapists shines through in everything she does. Tiffany is just as amazing with our participants—whether she’s engaging with them or providing quiet support, she knows just what’s needed to help them succeed. Tiffany’s patience and dedication make every lesson better. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

How did you discover Ironstone Farm?
I actually read about Ironstone in the Lowell Sun – waaaay back when newspapers were a thing! I thought I might be able to be useful as I had some horse experience.
What is your fondest memory you have from volunteering?
Ugh – so many favorite memories! I love working with the littlest clients – the joy and excitement they bring is infectious (and it was good to relearn the words to “The Wheels on the Bus” – especially as I recently became a grandma).
What does Ironstone Farm mean to you?
Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone to me means acceptance, patience, a lotta fun, and a little dirt and hair in your face. It’s a breath of fresh air – the staff and the clients and of course the horses. I am proud to be associated with such an amazing and impactful organization.
Thank you, Tiffany, for exemplifying our mission and values in all you do!
