Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Month, Tony Bailey! Since 2019, Tony has committed to giving our clients and horses the best. He is incredibly patient and thoughtful and strives to create a positive and supportive environment for every rider. We love Tony for the calm and kind presence he brings to every lesson. He is an amazing and reliable volunteer who is always willing to try new things and looking to learn more. We are so grateful to have him on our team here at the farm!

How did you discover Ironstone Farm?
I heard about the volunteer opportunities when my niece Julia started as the farm’s Volunteer Coordinator in 2019.
What is your fondest memory you have from volunteering?
Learning the personalities of each horse and how to best work with them, so the lesson is smooth and fun.
What does Ironstone Farm mean to you?
The ability for everyone to grow and do things they maybe thought they couldn’t do. It means the chance to work as a team to accomplish something great.
