We are excited to announce Vicky Bernard as our volunteer of the month! Vicky is a shining example of what it means to be a dedicated volunteer. Her commitment and passion for our programs are evident in everything she does, from her consistent presence on the farm to her active involvement on our board of directors. She approaches each task with enthusiasm and determination, always striving to do her best. We are so grateful to have her on our volunteer team here at the farm!

How did you discover Ironstone Farm?
I first heard of Ironstone Farm many years ago when my daughter needed to earn community service hours. I started to volunteer not long after that!
What is your fondest memory you have from volunteering?
I have MANY favorite memories but the most recent one is of a very young client I volunteer with running in to hand me a handmade Valentine’s Day card he had made. It’s still on my refrigerator!
What does Ironstone Farm mean to you?
Ironstone Farm is a shining example of what relatively few people who care can accomplish.
