As our Volunteer Coordinator and a therapeutic riding instructor, Caine embodies the spirit of compassion and dedication at Ironstone. Whether offering a helping hand at a moment’s notice or going above and beyond to ensure our clients’ needs are met, Caine’s genuine care shines through in everything he does. Attending my first Gala! To see the level of support from so many amazing community members who are dedicated to our mission and what we do here.
What is an important lesson you have learned during your time at Ironstone?
This place is so much more than lessons on horseback riding; it’s the lessons of love, compassion, and teamwork that everyone here exhibits. From staff to volunteers to clients, we all teach and learn from one another; those lessons are priceless.
