what are we raising money for?
100% of the proceeds will help children, adults, veterans and families experience the healing, confidence, connection and joy that can grow through relationships with horses.
Ironstone Farm, in Andover, MA, welcomes people of all ages and abilities, including veterans, individuals living with dementia, young people from underserved communities, people in recovery, and children and families affected by cancer.
Challenge Unlimited’s mission is to provide life-changing equine-assisted services that foster the human-horse connection and help individuals and families experience healing and joy while realizing their full potential.
who is running the class?
Founder and Head Coach, Brendon Peterson, will be leading this hour of power! Brendon opened Crossfit Free 12 years ago and has since coached regional athletes, crossfit games teams, and crosfit games individuals. Brendon has experience working with both beginner and experienced members, welcoming all to his gym to join the crossfit community!
I have never done cross fit, can I attend?
Of course! This class is open to all fitness levels.
